Ignacio C Pena

Ignacio Pena was born in Belen, New Mexico on August 21, 1934. He graduated from Belen High School. He was the oldest of 9 children. Ignacio moved to the Bay Area in 1955 where he started working at Ford Motor Company in Milpitas.

Ignacio & Nina were married on July 7, 1956. They were married for 64 years.

Ignacio worked as an inspector for Ford Motor Company for 30 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, going to church, watching football, the news, & western movies. He also enjoyed photography, politics, traveling, visiting his family in New Mexico and spending time at his home in Angels Camp, CA.

Ignacio is survived by Nina Pena, his daughter Marylou Lujan, son-in-law Frank Lujan, Grandchildren Bernie & Danielle Lujan. Brothers, Neff & Albert Pena of Belen, New Mexico. Sister, Sylvia Doleckyj of Berlin, New Jersey.

Ignacio is preceded in death by his parents Frank & Soledad Pena. His brothers Jose, Telesfor, Porfirio, Leandro, & Philip Pena.

Ignacio Pena will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

The funeral services will be held at 1 pm on February 25th, 2021 at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park followed by mass at 2 pm. Visitation will be held outside of the Chapel of the Oaks. Burial will follow the services.
