Johnny immigrated to the United States of America in 1952. Shortly after, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and retired as a Technical Sergeant in 1975.
While in the military, Johnny met his wife Melina Carag in Great Falls, Montana. They were married on May 16, 1961. They raised three boys: Joel Peter, Jeffrey Carag and John Thomas.
After he retired from the military, Johnny worked as a maintenance manager for a H.U.D. subsidized property management company. He retired in 1995.
Johnny enjoyed fishing, gardening and traveling the world. But mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and and relatives.
Mr. Johnny A. Kabahit Jr. passed away on May 1, 2014 in Santa Clara, California. Arrangements under the direction of Oak Hill Funeral Home in San Jose, California.
