Joe was born in Ventura, California on May 28, 1943, the youngest of 8 born to Consuelo Sanchez Bueno and Felipe Preciado Bueno.
After moving to San Jose, Joe attended Washington Elementary, Woodrow Wilson Jr High, then graduated from Willow Glen High School where he enjoyed playing basketball.
Following his service in the U.S. Army, he went to work for IBM in San Jose until his retirement.
He enjoyed sports and followed local high schools and colleges, attending many games with friends and family.
Always "a good Joe," Joe will be greatly missed by his many friends and family
