

Age 86, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2022 at home. Lola was a resident of Willow Glen for over 60 years. Lola was preceded in death by her husband Manuel Loretto of 53 Years. She was born to Dionicio and Maria Huerta in Clovis, New Mexico on February 1, 1935. Lola was the youngest of 10 children, they all preceded her in death; Petra Rodriguez (Luther), Paul Huerta, Santos Huerta (Lupe), Gus Huerta (Carmen), Mary McDonald, Joseph Huerta (Ann), Chole Sanchez (Leo), Jesse Huerta (Peggy), Lupe Hullinger (Bill). Lola is survived by her 5 children: Peter Loretto (Denise), Elizabeth Loretto, Maria Aurora Loretto, Lydia Loretto, Maria Guadalupe Loretto. Lola was a loving grandmother of 11; Andrea (Mario), Nicole, Samantha, Alexandra (Zack), Marcos, Derek, Jordan, Serena, Desiree, Moses, and Ramon; 3 great-granddaughters: Marle, Calypso, and Eliana; 3 great-grandsons: Mario Jr., Christopher Ortiz, and Morgan due March 2022. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Pat Huerta of Clovis, New Mexico, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Sister-in-laws Delia Chacon, Rachel Macias, Brother-in-laws Eddie Loretto and George Loreto (Connie).
A visitation for Lola will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Willow Glen Funeral Home, 1039 Lincoln Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A rosary service will occur Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM, 1039 Lincoln Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Leo the Great Church, 88 Race St, San Jose, CA 95126. A committal service will occur Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 11:15 AM at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, 490 Lincoln St, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
