Marion Carol Waterfall

Marion "Carol" Waterfall, born on March 13, 1941, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2024, in Modesto, California. Carol lived a full and vibrant life, enriched by her loving family and friends.

Carol was happily married to Bruce Waterfall and enjoyed a successful career in advertising with The Mercury News until her retirement in 2001.

She is survived by two sisters: Janice Alexander (Raymond) and Glenda Morton (Robert); her four daughters: Donna Riley (Donald), Vicki Huskey (Wes), Catherine Brown, and Janda Carlson (Ted Simpson); her stepson, Keith Waterfall (Mary Beth Hennessy); and her grandchildren: Anthony Santora, Richard Weber, Delphia Montes, Joshua Brown, and Thomas Riley. Carol was also blessed with four great-grandchildren: Abbie Santora, Elliott Weber, Matthew Santora, and Madeline Santora.

Carol was predeceased by her parents, Milbern and Delphia Bowlin, her beloved husband Bruce Waterfall, and her stepdaughter Debra Dunn.

A service to celebrate Carol's life will be held at 9 a.m. on July 12, 2024, at Oak Hill Funeral Home, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, California.

Carol's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and she will be dearly missed.
