Olivia was born on Colorado, Texas but moved to California at the age of 3 months. Olivia is the third of seven children of Francisco and Trinidad Carrasco. Olivia married Jess Ramirez on prom night 1955, prior to graduating from Lincoln High School.
Olivia and Jess have 5 children, Jesse, Teresa, Eddie, Dee Dee and Danny.
She was also a grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 11 Great grandchildren. She was a doting mother and grandmother, who loved nothing more than being around her family.
Olivia lived most of her adult life in San Jose, CA, prior to moving to Sacramento, CA in 2018.
Olivia loved to dance, and is now reunited with her forever dance partner, Jess Ramirez, who preceded her in death in 2012.
A private funeral for Olivia will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.
