Olivia Rosa Santos

Her angels’ wings were bestowed upon her in the early hours of Sunday, January 30, 2022.

This beautiful, kind soul was born to Judith Marie Santos and the late Henry Gene Santos on July 22, 1979.

Olivia was a generous and compassionate person, who often went above and beyond for anyone going through adverse times in their lives. She had an innate sense for what needed to be said and when to say it in such a way that you felt cared for. For this, many held her in high regard.

Olivia dearly loved her mother and family; especially when they would gather for a Mother’s Day Pow Wow, listening to the drums and marveling at the dancers in their beautiful regalia; watching a dazzling lightning display & feeling the mighty roll of thunder, her coveted adult beverages, Scarface (a blanket with “Tony” Montan lay on her bed to this day) & let’s not forget our sweet yet sassy girl’s love for quick witted comebacks.

Most of all she loved and adored her children. She was a dedicated, self sufficient mother who treasured every moment with her babies. She wanted nothing more for them than to have a wonderful life and to know she loved them with all her heart.

Not only was our girl with the Mona Lisa smile a fun loving and caring sweetheart, she was also tremendously courageous. Facing the life long challenges that came with Loeys Dietz Syndrome with unwavering valor and unmatched grace.

Olivia is survived by her loving children, Enelina “Ene” Ceja, Kayana “KK” and Fabian “Bug” Padilla; her significant other David Padilla; sisters, Julia Reyes, Victoria Santos, Alicia De Los Santos, Antonia Santos, Jessica Borbon, Natalie Gajda; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew & loved her.

All services will be held at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park (300 Curtner Ave San Jose, Ca 95125) in the Chapel of the Oaks. Wednesday March 2nd the viewing will be held from 3 PM - 6 PM; rosary to follow from 6 PM - 8 PM. Thursday March 3rd Mass will be held from 10 AM - 11 AM; reception to follow.
