Phoebe was born on January 26, 2015, in California, to parents Alex and Primrose Cho.
Phoebe is survived by her parents, Alex and Primrose Cho; her sisters, Kayla and Ashley; her paternal
grandmother, Song Cho; paternal grandfather Chang Gun Cho; her maternal grandparents, Elpidio and Minda Valdez;
her maternal great grandmother Josefina Tayamen; her aunts and uncles, Sheryll and Paul Domingo, Voltaire and Eliza
Valdez; her cousins, Kiana & Kainoa Domingo, and Zandren Valdez.
Service will take place at the Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, CA.
• Viewing or Public visitation will be on Thursday, June 25th from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, Room F
• Memorial Service will be in Chapel of the Oaks on Sunday, June 28th at 10:00am
Family requests that white colored attire (i.e. white blouse/black pants, white dress, white polo shirt/black pants)
be worn for the service, in honor of Phoebe.
