Rosa is preceded in death by her late husband Manuel G. Rosa; daughter, Maria Guiomar Payne and son, Luis Manuel Rosa.
she is survived by her loving children: Manuel (Sandra) Rosa, Antonio (Sandra) Rosa; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; her siblings: Palmira Ibarra and the late Belmira Pinheiro and Evelina Costa. Sister-in-law to Maria Noelia Maurico and Jose G. Rosa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

Services: On Monday, May 10, 2021, there will be a viewing at St. John Vianney Church from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, Rosary at 6:00 pm, and Mass at 6:15 pm. 100 people will be allowed in the church. Masks will be required. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private burial will take place at Los Banos Cemetery.
