Scott loved technology, tinkering with computers and making things work. It was in his DNA. He built his first computer and many called him gifted. He graduated from RPI in Troy, NY and spent a 25 year career growing and sharing his knowledge with others. Scott had a big heart, as well as a beautiful mind. Coming to CA in 1993, he touched and impressed co-workers and friends.
With 20 years at SUN and 3 years with Google, Scott built a reputation as reliable and problem-solving. He impressed his co-workers, friends and family with his tenacious drive and making anything he touched a Scott original. Scott was truly an original, helping others succeed, as well as himself. His heart was a giving and loving one.
After a long battle with cancer, Scott left this world to fly among the stars. Scott's first love was Physics and all that made up our amazing universe. Scott leaves behind his wife Sharon Lea, parents Fred Lea and Linda Lister, sisters Sharon, Susie, half-brothers Derick, Adam and half-sisters Jillian and Stephanie.
