Susan Diane Wilson

The memorial service will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM, Monday, November 30, at the Grace Chapel at Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, San Jose, California. The Rev. Harry Hernandez will officiate.

Susan was born in Mountain View, California, on April 27, 1965. She graduated from Foothill High School and worked for many years at Hope Services.

Susan was a loving daughter who wanted to always take care of her parents. She was a very sweet, outgoing, and caring person who was friendly to everyone she encountered.

Susan had a spirited personality and enjoyed bowling as well as singing and dancing to Country Music and the Oldies But Goodies of the 60s. Her favorite hobbies were creating cards with fresh flower designs, writing letters, and coloring princess pictures.

Susan is survived by her mother, Diana Wilson, sisters Raynell Hernandez, Gloria Jacobson, Cheri Aguirre, brother Raymond Welch II, brothers-in-law Harold Thiede, Sam Aguirre, Harry Hernandez, and many nieces, nephews, as well as grandnieces and grandnephews.

Susan is preceded in death by her father, Emmett Wilson, sisters Darlene Adams, Patricia Thiede, and Deborah Kay Welch.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Susan may be given to a cancer organization, believebig.org, or to the American Cancer Society.
