A visitation for Thuoy will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Sunshine Chapel. A funeral service will occur Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A committal service will occur Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM.
