Your 1 year anni today. 

Today I woke up & thought about the chickens you raised in your back yard. I remember you texting me complaining for days that they weren’t hatching. I asked if you bought them at ranch 99...cause those don’t hatch. Soo many funny moments, it still makes me laugh out loud and  it’s like your here with me. I miss you mucho ~

Though I did not know you for a long time, every single memory that I had with you was always pleasant. Thank you for always being so selfless and kind. I will always be grateful to have had met someone like you and most importantly to be called your niece. For whatever it was, I really hope that you find peace and closure within yourself to follow what heaven has in store for you. Your spirit will always live within us. Rest in peace. We love you, uncle.

There is nothing I can say to express how deeply sad I am that you're gone so soon. I can only hold onto the special memories that we've shared together through the years.  We're glad to have a last memory of you happily playing ball with the kids in our driveway on Father's Day... We miss you so much .... As we got older and moved on with our lives we had lost touch. I deeply regret not keeping in touch with you over the years. Hearing of your passing had made me feel uneasy and mix of emotions. You had touched many lives and created many great memories. You had always had a smile on your face and had a positive mind set. You lit up the room with your big smile. Looking at you had always made me smile even when I was not in the mood. I want to thank you for the moments we had shared and to had met you. You will truly be missed. You had enter the heavens gate too soon. God had gain another angel. May you Rest In Peace.  Gone too soon but never forgotten.

Dear Lil Man,
When I heard of your passing, I was so, so sad. I searched for you far and wide on social media and came up empty. I connected with old friends who were in disbelief and filled with regret. We wished we would have been there for you. We wished we would have never lost touch. High school memories came flooding back. You were such a big part of that. Every party, every outing, we could always expect to see you there. You were the infamous “lil man”. We called you that so much that your real name wasn’t even a thing. I don’t know what you went through all the years after our high school days after everyone drifted apart, but I wish I would have reached out more than I have. I wish things would have turned out differently and that you wouldn’t have to go through your pain alone. I hope you know that everyone who knows you is impacted by your passing in some personal way. We will always, always remember you. You had a distinctive look and voice. Your signature that stayed with you. I will miss you Lil Man. And so will so, so many others.
