Victor was full of joy. His laughter was contagious and his happiness and optimism was inspirational. He loved his family and friends hard. He stayed true to his values and stood up for what he believed in. He had a deep love for music, was a faithful 49er fan, and enjoyed motorcycles and riding his Harley Davidson. He was in the construction industry for 40 years starting as a carpenter and retiring as a project manager.
Victor was preceded in death by his father and mother, Bill and Orea Powers. Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Danielle (Powers) Williams, April (Powers) Joseph, and John Powers; grandchildren Jaiden, Chelsie, Coby, Trent, and Nolan; sisters Debbie and Sandy, brother and best friend, Bill; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Victor will be laid to rest under the shade of a beautiful oak tree, overlooking the Oak Hill Memorial Park with a private service on Friday, June 19th, 2020 at 2:00pm.
