2020年09月29日,我們摯愛的家人吳文藻,於4時55分與世長辭,離開了我們,享壽90歲。
謹擇於2020年10月21日(農曆9月5日)上午9時於加利佛尼亞州聖荷西市的Oak Hill Memorial Park舉行告別儀式,敬邀諸位親友蒞臨告別致意。

On September 29th, 2020, our beloved father/grandfather, Wen Tzao Wu, passed away peacefully at Empress Care Center in San Jose, California. Born on September 17th, 1930, he was 90 years old.
He was a very diligent and ordinary person, sincere and kind to others. He was not good at expressing love to his family, but he was so care about his children who were strictly disciplined with observing etiquette.
He gave the younger generation a chance to bond together since their childhood. His effort resulted the sisterhood between his daughters and their cousins. Although the younger generations have no longer lived in the same country, their hearts still tie together across the sea.
As a grandfather, he looked after his grandchildren. To the grandsons, he was a strict elder. To the granddaughters, he was a tolerant and kind grandfather who gave the best of him.
He liked reading, with a dictionary on hand. He also encouraged others to study and read. He valued education and believed in the philosophy of “It is never too old to learn”.
He liked to practice Taichi and Chinese calligraphy; he was expert in badminton and ping pong. He made friends as he volunteered in the church for many years. He liked to help others and enjoyed the achievements which accomplished by himself.
He is the beloved and devoted husband of Hsiu Chen Lu; father of Li Chen Wu, Li Hsin Wu, Li Da Wu, Chieh Pi Wu, Chieh Chen Wu; daughter-in-law, Judy Thai Ngo, Hsun Hsing Chen, Yi Yin Teng; son-in-law, Kuo Chung Yang, An Vinh Du; grandfather of Leong Wu, Liane Wu, Jasmine Wu, Chian Ruei Wu, Pei Syu Wu, Yu Hao Wu, Ching An Yang, Hao Wei Chen, and Jennifer Wu.
Friends and families are invited to the visitation on Wednesday, October 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Jasmine Chapel, located at 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125, USA. The cremation will be private while the time of interment to be announced. Please join us to share our memories of Wen Tzao Wu.
