Donald William Hicks April 14 , 1921~Sep 17, 2011 Donald Hicks, age 90, died in his sleep after listening to his beloved Giants on the radio. He was very proud of his four years of service in Brazil and loved to tell of his adventures flying over the Amazon. In 1947 he moved to San Francisco and was employed in the Marketing Dept. of the Texas Co., which later became Texaco, where he was employed for 36 years. Don married Lenore Johnson, who survives him, in 1952. He's also survived by a brother, Gerald, his sons Greg and Gary, and grandchildren, Tim, Molly, Melissa and Maddie.
