Joseph Andrew Condon

Joseph A. Condon, beloved husband, brother, father, and “dumpy” to his grandchildren, passed away unexpectedly at home on September 17, 2025 after a successful battle with cancer over the past year. Joe grew up in Quincy, MA before settling in Sandwich. He proudly served in the Massachusetts State Police for over 27 years.

He loved his family mightily and was an equally devoted Boston sports fan. He was a proud Trooper and North Quincy High School Red Raider. His personality was infectious and he always made you feel important, whether he was toting luggage and tying up boats at the Hy-Line, or preparing your golf cart with a story about the athlete who shared the same number as your cart at Sandwich Hollows.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Jennifer Condon and their four children; son Patrick Condon, his wife Kaitlyn and their two daughters Mackenzie and Charlotte; son Timothy Condon and his wife Danielle; daughter Amanda Condon; and son Jack Condon and his wife Keri; and his two brothers Brian and Edward Condon and their families.

Family and Friends are invited to visit with Joe’s family for calling hours at 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025 at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A Sandwich, MA. Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Corpus Christi Parish 324 Quaker Meetinghouse Road East Sandwich.
