Kathleen Verna Alexander

She was the daughter of the late Paul and Nancy Alexander, born November 19, 1959, in Ticonderoga, NY. She graduated from high school in Mexico, NY. She received her RN from Crouse-Irving in in Syracuse, NY, as well as her masters from Simmons College in Boston, MA.

Kathleen dedicated her life to the unborn and their mothers, helping to start a grieving program for stillborn’s wherever she worked.

Kathleen is survived by a sister, Lila Alexander of Waterford, CT, and brothers Paul Herbert Alexander of Camden, NY, and Lawrence Keith Alexander of Waterford, CT.

Kathleen was most proud of her nephew Patrick Alexander of Groton, CT, and Crystal Schriner of Colorado Springs, CO.

Kathleen beamed of her great niece Peyton Alexander of Groton, CT, and her nephews Andrew Alexander of Fort Stewart, GA, and Zachary Schriner of Colorado Springs, CO.

A gathering in Kathleen’s honor will be held at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home at 154 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA, on November 19th between 1-3pm. Please wear a mask for everyone’s safety.
