Matthew was full of life and boundless energy. He loved animals, walking in the woods, and working out. Always fearless, he would take on any task, skilled at any mechanical project. He was always enjoyable to talk to and an excellent listener. He will be truly missed.
Matthew leaves behind his parents David and Dorene Ferrara of Mashpee, brother Jason of West Yarmouth, brother Nathan of Sandwich, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews and several good friends.
A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held at the family home Sunday April 21 from noon to 4 p.m.
