Betty Dennis Shelton, 70, of Sandy Springs died on Friday, the 1st of January, 2016. Born in Columbus, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Thomas Dennis and Wilmer Edward Dennis. A graduate of Georgia State University, Betty was the owner and operator of German Auto Parts in Norcross for 40 years. Surviving are her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Bruce Chandler; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Delores Dennis; nephew, Robert (Ashley) Chandler; and niece, Elizabeth (Brad) Mitchler. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, the 8th of January at one o’clock in the afternoon at Patterson’s Arlington Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park.
