Charlotte Dameron Griggs, 65, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, R.A. “Tony” Griggs; daughter and son-in-law, Lesley and Jon Steinberg; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Mary Ayres Griggs; grandchildren, Caroline and Charles “Chip” Steinberg, Hap and Tilford Griggs; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Wayne Robertson; and nephew, Brad Robertson. Charlotte had many talents including, cooking, sewing, gardening and painting. She was a North Fulton Master Gardener. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Her humor, strength and grace will forever be remembered. The family will receive friends Friday, September 30, 2011 from 6 to 8 o’clock at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 2 o’clock in the chapel of H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Coalition for Pulmonary Fibrosis, 10866 W. Washington Blvd., #343, Culver City, CA 90232.
