

Cliff Sears peacefully passed away March 16, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol of 55 years, their children, Craig (Renata) Sears and Cheri (Jason) Vaniman. He is also survived by his grandchildren Jake, Zach, Lily and Ollie as well as his sister Jenny Lou (Jerry) Brock, his brother John (Janet) Sears and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Cliff was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio University where he was a member of Beta Theta Phi. He served stateside in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He had a wonderful career with IBM in sales and education. This career is what brought Cliff, Carol and their children to Atlanta where they resided for the last 42 years.
While raising his children, he assisted in coaching baseball and basketball, and was present at all swimming and diving events throughout their college years. Later he would go on to write 2 books and be a consultant in business, government and sports.
Cliff and Carol traveled the United States, throughout all of Europe, The Holy Land, Egypt, Russia, the Far East, the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.
Cliff was an elder at Roswell Presbyterian Church. He loved his church family and will be greatly missed.
There will be a family interment on Saturday, March 20th at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs. A celebration of life will be held at Roswell Presbyterian Church, 755 Mimosa Blvd., Roswell, GA 30075 March 20th, 2021 at 2pm. Friends are welcome to attend the service or the service may be viewed virtually at https://vimeo.com/525082142.
