Edward J. Wignall, 76 of Buford died March 2, 2022 after a long battle with heart disease. Mr. Wignall was born in Rhode Island, attended Rhode Island School of Design, moved to Palm Beach Florida where he produced society events prior to moving to Atlanta 25 years ago. His career as a designer continued with Your Event Solutions where he formed many long-time friendships. Edward is survived by his brother, Donald Wignall (Rose); nephews, Donald Wignall Jr. (Sarah), Joseph Wignall, Kevin Wignall (Katie), Matthew Wignall (Lindsey); and 7 great nephews and great nieces. He had the profound joy of a second family sisters Linda Bagley (Johny) and Cathy Taylor (Tony) and the YES team who cared for him as only a family could. Ed had a love of art and all things Gilded Age. He took pride in knowing every early movie and film star but was most proud of his collection of Russian Orthodox Icons as a reminder of his Ukrainian heritage. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to aid to the people of Ukraine.
