Mr. George Raymond “Ray” Davidson, 75, a native Atlantan died on Wednesday, the 10th of August 2016. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 21 years, Shirley Fay Nelson Davidson; daughter, Susan Davidson Ross; grandchildren, Emily Ross Rann, Austin Travis, Luke Travis; great-granddaughter, Maddy Rann; brother, Alan Davidson; niece, Karen Davidson Lane; and nephew, Corey Davidson. Memorial services celebrating Ray’s life will be conducted on Saturday, the 13th of August at three o’clock in the afternoon at Sandy Springs United Methodist Church with Reverend Thomas Martin and Reverend Dumas Shellnutt officiating.
