James Willis “Jim” Hogg, 44, of Sandy Springs, died July 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Hogg and twin brother, John Hogg. Survivors are his father, James Hogg and sister, Elizabeth Busby. A memorial service will be Friday, July 27, 2012 at 7 o’clock at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd, NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
