

In loving memory of Louise Swann, who peacefully passed away at the age of 92. A devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and great-grandmother, Louise touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Born in Toronto Canada, January 13,1931 to Everett and Alice Murphy, she was the youngest of 3 daughters. Josephine and Barbara, her dear sisters who had predeceased her.
Louise's journey was marked by a deep love for her family and an unwavering spirit that resonated with everyone around her. Her full of life spirit created a warm and welcoming presence that will forever remain a testament to her enduring legacy.
Her early life involved moves from Toronto, Atlanta, Chicago and ultimately Atlanta. She graduated from Roycemore School and Monticello College. Louise was married in 1956 to Lewis H Swann, Jr, at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church in Atlanta and widowed in 1983. She is survived by 2 sons, Bob (Merry) and Ed (Lori), 5 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Louise was known for her interest in interior design and various clubs and associations she was involved in. Her spirit and resilience were a source of inspiration to all who knew her.
As we mourn her passing, let us also celebrate a life well-lived and a soul that touched ours so profoundly. She will be remembered fondly and missed dearly by family and friends alike.
A burial service will be held at Arlington Memorial Park on Wednesday December 20 at 12:00PM.
