Martha Ann Hosford Dunagan, 84, of Atlanta, passed away January 9, 2012. Mrs. Dunagan was born in Atlanta on April 15, 1927 and was the daughter of the late James Isaac and Annie Lou Hosford. She went to Bass Junior High School and NAPS in Atlanta where she was a member of SUNEV-HS Sorority and attended Oglethorpe University. She also was a member of Peachtree Christian Church, an active Piedmont Pink Lady for many years, a volunteer with The American Heart Association and The Red Cross, and worked as a model for Rich’s. Mrs. Dunagan was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon R. Dunagan and son, Danny Richard Dunagan. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Dianne Dunagan Hauser; son, Mike Dunagan and his wife, Laura; grandchildren, Jason Hauser and his wife, Wendi, Jennifer Hauser Bisig and her husband, Brandon, Katie and Meagan Dunagan; great grandchild, Carson Bisig; brothers, Jack Hosford and his wife, Betty, Bill Hosford and his wife, Julie; and several well-loved nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Heart Association. Graveside services will be Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 1 o’clock at Arlington Memorial Park.
