Patricia Marie Pleck

Patricia Marie Bradshaw Pleck, born November 30, 1933, Chicago, Illinois, “Best Grandma Ever”, died peacefully surrounded by her family on January 10, 2018. Pat loved her family, her friends and her Hero, the love of her life, John Healy Pleck, her husband of 57 years. She was an artist, a stellar water aerobics student and best friend to so many, especially her ladies from Village Mill and Gainsborough. Pat brought her clever, wry wit and resilience to all areas of her life and combined with her love and loyalty made this world a better place for all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, John; children, Marianne Zondlak (Tom), Carolyn Handley (Steve), Dede Pleck, John Howard Pleck, Tom Pleck (Dawn), David Pleck; beloved grandchildren, Kevin, Will and Nick Zondlak, Greg (Stephanie), Matthew and Elizabeth Handley, Brandon Priegel, Juliana and Alaina Pleck; dearest great grandson, Conner Priegel; and brothers, Charles and Ralph Bradshaw (Melanie). In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The family will receive friends, Monday, January 15, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 7:00 p.m. at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd., NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 7171 Glenridge Dr., Sandy Springs, GA 30328 with The Rev. Msgr. Joe Corbett as The Celebrant. A reception will immediately follow the Mass at The Stapleton Center at St. Jude. Interment will be at a later date at Georgia National Cemetery.
