Renee Ellen Kaufman was born on May 15, 1931 to David and Mollie Dreyfus. Renee is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Harriet. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 28, 2021 with her family at her side. Renee is remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was passionate about spending time with her family, traveling, going on hikes, and most of all the annual family vacations at the beach. Anyone who met Renee immediately had a new friend as she was an extremely warm and welcoming person. She will be truly missed by all.
Renee’ is survived by her husband Leo Kaufman; daughter, Jennifer Wilder (Mike); sons Gary (Michelle), and Steve (Laura); grandchildren, Sarah Wilder Hecht (Steven), David Wilder (Becka), Michelle Kaufman, Rebecca Kaufman, Emily Kaufman, Joshua Kaufman, Jordyn Kaufman and Julia Kaufman; great grandchildren, Lillia Wilder and Alexander & Theodore Hecht.
A private family interment will be held at 3:00 on Friday, April 30 at Arlington Memorial Park.
