Susan was a loving mother, mother-in-law, daughter, sister, and beloved Mimi. She cherished her family, valued her friendships deeply, and truly enjoyed having fun and sharing laughter with those around her.
She is survived by her sons, Scott Chrismer (Emily) and his family, Taylor Chrismer, and Curt Higdon (Michelle) and his family; and her brother, Larry Helbig (Susan). Family was the greatest joy of her life, and she held each of them close to her heart.
Susan had a special love for animals and a gentle heart that extended to everyone she met. Whether spending time with friends, enjoying simple moments, or caring for animals, she lived with warmth and kindness.
A celebration of Susan’s life will be held in the coming months. Details will be shared with those interested in attending.
She will be remembered for her loving spirit, her joyful nature, and the comfort she brought to those she loved. Susan will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
