Dennis Roger McMillen

Dennis was a bartender at The Polynesian Resort and Hyatt Grand Cypress for the majority of his career. Once retired, Dennis enjoyed gardening, traveling with his wife Diane to Scotland, Switzerland, Egypt and Jerusalem. He also travelled to Canada yearly to visit family. Dennis often volunteered his time working in the community with Meals on Wheels and assisted with voter registration for seniors. He was a fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and UCF Knights and enjoyed attending football games or watching the games from home. Family was the most important part of his life and he could often be heard proudly speaking about his wife, sons and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by Rory McMillen (son). He is survived byDiane McMillen (wife), Chad McMillen (son), Charles McMillen (brother), Larry McMillen (brother), Seth McMillen, Chad Brady McMillen and Adelyn McMillen (grandchildren), and many loving nieces and nephews and extended family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Funeral Home.
