She was born on June 29, 1948 was and raised in Beaver Falls, PA where she met her future husband Jim at Beaver Falls High School. She married Jim on July 15, 1968. She was a graduate of UCF (Cum Laude) and Webster University where she earned Master’s degree in Counseling. She owned and operated her counseling practice for over 20 years, Counseling Concepts, P.A. in Sanford, Florida. She was an avid pet lover, especially her Cocker Spaniel, Sophie.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Victor Suskiewich; daughter, Jill Suskiewich; granddaughter, Drew Holt and great grandson, Cameron Gochakowski.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 5000 CR 46A, Sanford, Florida 32771. The celebration of life service will be held at 2 pm with interment to follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to The American Kidney Foundation or the Mental Health Association of Central Florida.
