Richard Lee Fletcher, Sr. (Dick), beloved father and friend, passed away January 15, 2016 at Halifax Health Hospice Care Center in Orange City, Florida. Dick was born September 9, 1940 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Harold S. and Eleanor Fletcher. Dick proudly served his country in the United States Navy, as a former deputy sheriff in Marion County, Indiana and in the Coast Guard Reserve. Dick was a member of the Indiana Freemason Roachdale Lodge No 602 and the Scottish Rite Northern Masonic Jurisdiction for 50 years. Dick was predeceased by his parents, Harold S. and Eleanor Fletcher, his brother Andrew (Andy) Fletcher and his son Richard L. Fletcher, Jr. He is survived by his daughter Ninette (John McCranie). Graveside Services will take place on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Oaklawn Park Cemetery, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, Florida 32771.
