

In 1955, Bob joined the United States Army. During his enlistment, he married his beloved wife and high school sweetheart, Wanetta “Nita” Lynch. Bob and Nita moved to Seminole County, FL in 1966 to enjoy the warmer weather and raise their family.
After moving to Florida, Bob developed and owned, Action Drywall, as well as, Granny’s Grocery of Chuluota, FL. Throughout his life, he had a passion for collecting and restoring his classic “55, 56, and 57” Chevys, music, and playing the guitar and singing.
He is survived by his wife, Wanetta “Nita” of 67yrs,
Daughters - Becky Bussart (Shawn), Kelly Bateson (Michael), and Son - Tim Lamoureux. Grandchildren - April, Summer, Kristen, Bobby and Dixon Lamoureux, Amanda Califar (Aaron), Jacqueline, Robert(Amethyst) and Ozzie Ritz(Morgan), Elizabeth Pittman(Corey), Jillian Harker, Kassidy and Megan Bateson, Step- Grand Children - Randy(Allison) and Shawna Bussart; 34 Great-Grand Children. Sister - Mary Jean Kaatz of Armada, MI; Sisters in law - Ruby Austin of Lenox, MI and Alberta Norton of Chuluota, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gladys and George Lamoureux, his sister and brother-in-law June and Bill Adair, his mother and father-in-law, Marvin and Daisy Lynch, grandson Bobby Lamoureux and grandson-in-law Andrew Harker. Sister in Law Robbie Cook and Brothers-in-law David Austin and Jim Norton.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 5000 CR 46 A, Sanford, Florida 32771. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm.
The graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Oaklawn Park Cemetery.
