Sarah Elizabeth Green, 92, of Deltona, Florida, formerly of Sanford passed away on Saturday April 28, 2018. Mrs. Green was born in Cotton, Georgia on March 1, 1926 to the late Gressom Collins and Norma Akridge Collins.
Mrs. Green was a retired Pre-School Teacher. She enjoyed teaching her children as well as cooking, watching the Florida Gators, listening to Southern Gospel music and telling her family “I’m Not Bossy”. She was also a member of the Riverwalk Church of God in Sanford. Mrs. Green will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Green was preceded in death by her husband Bruce Green, brother, Winston Collins and her grandson, Aaron Keith Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Sally Keith, and grandchildren, Cody Keith, Keri Brown, Jaclyn Keith, and Matt Brown. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Brown, Madison Brown, Lane Keith, and Callie Keith.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday May 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel in Sanford, Florida.
