Wilgefort “Vicky” Elfriede Boutwell, 86, of Orange City, Florida passed away on February 7, 2023. She was born in Neuötting, Germany on April 10, 1936. She worked on a U.S. Naval Base in Germany as a dental assistant before coming to the United States in her 20s. Vicky is predeceased by her daughter, Andrea Jurlina; her husband, Frank Boutwell; and her parents, Hans and Anna Lohr. She was a loving grandmother, mother, and wife. Left to cherish her memory is her granddaughter, Anna Jurlina; her son-in-law, John Jurlina; numerous extended family members and friends; and her beloved feline companion, Misty. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
