William Craig Daniel

Craig Daniel, 72, of Lake Mary, FL passed away June 6, 2018 after a hard fought battle with Type 1 Diabetes. A lifelong Cornhuskers fan, Craig was born in Chicago, IL to the late Ray and Esther Daniel and graduated from both Creighton University and the University of Nebraska.

Craig is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Lynn and his two adoring daughters, Laura Fox of Boston and Carly Utnage of Indianapolis. He was father-in-law to Timothy Fox and Jeffrey Utnage, proud grandfather to Ashley and Daniel Utnage, and brother to his dear sister Candy Rowe of Norman, Oklahoma.

Visitation for family and friends will be Monday June 11, 2018, 9:30 – 10:00 AM at Nativity Catholic Church, 3255 N. Ronald Reagan Blvd., Longwood, FL 32750. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the church at 10:00 AM. The burial will take place immediately after at Oaklawn Park Cemetery in Sanford, FL. Donations may be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association.
