Zelma Anne Michotte entered eternal life on Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 and she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Lee, her parents Carl and Mazie, and sisters, Lucille, Blossom, and Carol. Anne’s legacy is carried on by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends from many walks of life. Anne grew up in the small town of Pt Marion, PA with her parents and three sisters and she had a love for sports and outdoors, often calling herself a “tomboy”. She graduated from Point Marion High School as a student active in many clubs, as well as a member of the Cheerleading Squad. Upon graduation, she worked a local job until she saved up enough money to put herself through a business college program where she proudly received her business degree and certification. While attending high school and living in Point Marion, she met the love of her life Joseph, and they married in 1957. In 1961 they decided to move and start a new life in Orlando, Florida. If you were fortunate to have known Anne, then you know she loved working in the professional world where she worked in several jobs including Managing Director at Educators Investments Firm, Customer Service Representative at The First National Bank of Orlando, and Office Manager for Gulf Atlantic Audiology where she retired. Although she was working outside the home, she managed to volunteer at the schools for her daughters, was an active member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority where she did many philanthropic activities, and she always made time to enjoy time with family and friends. Anne had a love of music, wine, and travel, and enjoyed trips with her best friend Kay to see the Grand Ol Opry in Nashville, as well as visiting San Antonio and Dallas. Nana was the best! She always loved us grandkids and spoiled us with candy and treats every time we visited. She’s in such better place but we miss her so much.

I’m extremely grateful having had the opportunity to see you one last time after Pap’s memorial service. My heart aches, but I sit with comfort knowing that you’re reunited with him and all our other loved ones. Rest easy & stay feisty, Nana. Love you!

Little Nanny…I’d call her.. You where one amazing women. You remind me a lot of my mom… so soft spoken.. so accommodating.. so beautiful inside and out and more than willing to do anything for you to make you feel comfortable. My favorite memories where Christmas especially.. I always wanted to go to Nanas house because it was always so cozy over there and loved hearing the genuine Camaraderie between all of us. Nana loved her sweets especially her cookies…. And of course her wine 🍷 she’d bring over during Christmas time. I have so many fond memories with Nana and Pap!! ❤️ I love you Little Nanny!! Til we meet again.. you fly high. I’m sure you’re up there dancing. Haha LOVE YOU SO MUCH NANA!!!

Growing up it was always so fun hanging out with Joe and Anne. They treated Josh and I like family from the get go. I am so thankful to have met them. I know they are now reunited and hanging out with Mamaw and Papaw. Love to you all!

Sweet little Annie was the best mother-in-law anyone could ask for! She was always so hospitable and gracious when we were guests in her home. Often times, we joked about the fact that it felt like we were staying in a bed-and-breakfast because she met our every want and need while staying there. She will be greatly missed and we loved her very much!!

Jodi, Karrie and families.......after your Mom and I had met she told me that she had a vision from God that we would become BFF's and that is what we were for 60 years, we shared the good times, the bad times, the happy and the sad times and always knew we had each other to lean on. We could sit for a LONG time sipping on a glass of wine, talk, just enjoy ourselves. No words can express how much I miss her, she was a beautiful person on the inside and on the outside and I will never forget her.......and some secrets we shared will always be just between we two. I know you have many wonderful memories of her, and hope that you can smile when you think of, Kay
