Betty Flocen Manning, 82 of Orange, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Betty was survived by her husband, Robert of 63 years, children, Kristy, Jeff and Sandra, grandchildren, Evan and Noelle, and great-grandson, Hunter.
Betty worked for OUSD for over 20 years. Once retired, Betty and Robert were off to travel in their motorhome. Betty planned and navigated the trips, while Robert drove, traveling to 48 states and Canada.
