Obituario de Cheryl Kay Frasier
EN EL CUIDADO DE

Fairhaven Memorial Park & Mortuary

Cheryl (Cherie) Kay Frasier, age 70, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20, 2020, in her home surrounded by loving family and friends. She was born September 9, 1949, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Charles “Chuck” Frasier and Leona May Frasier. The family moved to California where Cherie grew up among the original orange groves in Orange County, California.

Her talent for growing and nurturing flowers was well known and we know that she could have grown a weed into an Orchid. During part of her life she had the opportunity to live in Hawaii with her significant other (Kim Klee). For someone who adored flowers, birds, and sunsets, Hawaii was the absolute perfect place to her. There were many evenings that Cherie and Kim sat outside to enjoy the sunsets together. Those are memories she cherished with her soul.

Cherie had many passions including; gardening/flowers, birds, music, sunsets, but most important to her was her family. She had a way of calming those around her and really listening to what everyone had to say. For that reason, friends of her children called her “Mom.” Cherie lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed the small moments in life. She laughed and danced in front of people to try and embarrass her children. She cried when they cried. She shared the utmost important detail of all with everyone, her love.

She is survived by her significant other, Kim Klee; her children, Gina (John) Erwin, Christin (Jarome) Wilson, Michael Militello, Jennifer (Gabe) Carbajal, Renee (Shawn) Taylor, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and grand pups. She is also survived by her sisters Barbara (Joe) McCarver and Marilyn Yedinak. Furthermore, she is survived by the Klee family.

She was preceded in death by both her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Frasier, and granddaughter (Ashley N. Crabtree).

Cherie’s legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she interacted with. Lastly, she never said good-bye, it was too final to her, so we will continue the tradition for her.

With all of our love,

Later…
