Guy Anthony Peralta born on 2/29/1968, to Ernest and Dolores Peralta, passed away on 9/26/2025. He is survived by his mother Dolores Peralta, wife Holly Peralta, daughter Hannah Espinoza and 6 grandchildren, brothers Ernest, Richard, Louie, and Roger Peralta, sisters Dolores Ramirez, and Roxanne Maciel. He was preceded in death by father, Ernest Peralta, and sister, Marina Ramirez.
A memorial service for Guy is planned for Friday, October 24, 2025 at 12:30pm in the Waverley Chapel at Fairhaven Memorial Park Mortuary. The address is 1702 Fairhaven Avenue Santa Ana, CA 92705.
This will be followed by a graveside service at 2:00pm at the same location, in the Eternal Springs area of the cemetery.
