A celebration of life for Joe will be held Friday, December 23, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Inglesia De Dios Pentecostal, 1025 West Memory Lane, Santa Ana, CA 92706. Following the celebration of life will be a graveside service at Fairhaven Memorial Park, 1702 Fairhaven Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705.
