John was born in Santa Monica, California on May 29, 1957, to John Padilla, Sr. and JoAnn Padilla. John worked at Fairview Developmental Center for 39+ years, he retired in 2015.
John was married to his lovely wife Vicki Padilla.
John is survived by his wife Vicki, his mother Joann, his siblings Yvonne, Steve, Annette, Lucas, and lots of uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews & nieces.
