March 2, 1948 – June 15, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved June Ann Mihalick, who went home to be with the Lord on June 15, 2025, in Riverside, California. Born on March 2, 1948, at Fort Sam Houston near San Antonio, Texas, June’s life was marked by travel, culture, a deep love for family, and a beautiful faith she found later in life.
As a proud “military brat,” June traveled the world with her family as her father served in the U.S. Air Force. This adventurous upbringing sparked a lifelong love of people, places, and stories. She went on to build a successful career at Rockwell International, but her greatest joy always came from being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
June now joins in eternal peace her parents, Frank and Georgia Allison; her beloved husband, Anthony Mihalick; and her precious great-grandchildren, Max and Mystic Alvarado.
She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Linda Allison; daughters and son-in-law, Tim and Jenifer Noyes, and Melissa Mihalick; and her grandchildren: Danylle (Anthony) Alvarado, Elizabeth (Gilbert) Guillermo, Krystal (Jeremy) Prickett, Alyson (Jorge) Sanchez, Nicky Nakanishi, and Jason (Nakayla) Noyes. Her great-grandchildren—Levi and Lucy Guillermo, Iyani Noyes, and Nosyla Sanchez—were her pride and joy.
June’s faith journey was a powerful testimony. She came to faith later in life and was joyfully baptized at the age of 73. From that moment on, she served faithfully at Sandals Church Woodcrest, where she welcomed others with a warm hug, a bright smile, and her signature humor. Her joy and compassion left a lasting mark on everyone she met.
Her sudden and tragic passing has left a deep ache in the hearts of all who knew her. Yet, even in our sorrow, we celebrate a life filled with laughter, kindness, strength, and unwavering love.
She will be missed beyond words and remembered forever.
