24 agosto, 1928 – 13 diciembre, 2024
Obituario de Marilyn E. (Smith) Harries
EN EL CUIDADO DE

Fairhaven Memorial Park & Mortuary

Newport Beach, CA

God saw to it Marilyn E. Smith and Wilson John (Jack) Harries were born at just the right time to meet. Marilyn was the daughter of Alice (Sims) Smith and Frank Smith, Sr., of Los Angeles, CA.

Marilyn and Jack, life-long Christians, married in May 1948. This began a beautiful, new phase of life they shared for the next 67 years.

Marilyn is survived by their three daughters—Linda (Chris), Donna (Robin), Nancy (Robin); seven grandchildren, including Stephanie (Ron), Mindy, Ashley (Jake), Tammy, Kim (Kevin); eight great-grandchildren, including Cassidy (Connor, fiancé), Zachary (Kristin), Joshua (Lexi), Jett, Tacen, Lily; and a great-great-granddaughter is expected by Zachary and Kristin in March 2025.

Marilyn is predeceased by Jack, of whom she often said, “I’d marry him again in a heartbeat!” and her brother, Frank Smith, Jr.

She will be missed by her family, friends, neighbors and all who loved her.
