i am so sad to learn about mike's passing, just today. we met about 20 years ago at the fullerton racquet club. he was always there and someone you could count on to play against or be your partner.
he was the perfect gentleman, a good sport and an honest player.
he would always share about his travels with his wife, as well as what true  COLD was like in Minnesota! he enjoyed being retired and found time to play golf out in the desert.
we will miss you mike, friend and partner!!

We were deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Michael.  He was a great guy and will be missed dearly.  So many fond memories with both Char and Mike that we will never forget.  We are with you in heart and in this time of sorrow.  With love, Lon & Kathy

Mike and Charlotte have an extraordinary capacity to make those around them feel like a member of their family. I first met this wonderful couple through Mike's brother, Joe and sister-in-law, Diane. My husband and I were working in different cities, and I couldn't always travel to see each other over the weekend. Needless to say, Mike, Charlotte, Diane and Joe had to put up with me! It was always an enjoyable evening with Mike sharing funny stories about his "little brother Joe," and Charlotte feeling in the gap with funny "Dunn Family stories and trivia." The inclusion in their special family stories eased the burden of missing my own family. Mike is the sorta of guy you'd want as a neighbor, friend, family member or colleague. He will be missed!

Although I moved away from Orange County 10 years ago, I still have fond memories of our racquetball games and poker nights. Better memories of our racquetball games since you – more often than not – participated in taking my money at poker! Still, those were great nights of camaraderie. And your IPA contributions lessened the pain of my light wallet!
Even though we only chatted briefly after I left Orange County, I’ll miss you, my friend!


Mike, a great friend and neighbor for more than 20 years, I could always count on you if I needed any help.  I enjoyed sharing our passions--golf, racquetball and bicycling with you. You were a standup guy with integrity and conviction.  Lisa and I have fond memories of enjoying  concerts, dinners, hikes and Hawaiian timeshares on two occasions with you and Charlotte.  You were great traveling companions.  I know you loved those golf adventures but never really knew if you embraced the zip lining.  I do know you embraced good wines and IPAs!  We will continue loving Charolette as a bestie and sister.

Mike was an extroidary man. Funny and witty. Met mike and Charlotte on a ski bus trip to Michigan. Had alot of fun with them. Mike and char were one of the trips organizers. We met up each march for this weekend of fun with many?new friends. Mike and char eventually moved on and asked my wife and i to be the new trip organizers along with another couple we met on the trip. Its been many?years since we have talked to mike. What i will always remember about him is his passion for golf. Mike and Char were always together. We will miss you mike. Rip.
