I can't hardly believe the time has passed since the sad loss of our beloved nephew( Peter) my condolances to his parents, grandparents,brothers,children, widow , nieces ,nephews,cousins  and friends for your loss.Only thing I can say is when you feel sad, think and remember the good times you had and hopefully it will bring a smile.It is what I do,It doesn't bring them back  but I know they are always with me in memory and spirit. I feel our loved ones are always watching over us. 

Time flys,  I watched you grow into a awesome person thru family pictures and the few times your parents came to Iowa  and I got to hold you, you were such a sweet  happy baby... It is always hard to lose a sibling, a child you have raised to an adult.peters life was cut short, but he lived it to the fullest,  Peter is loved and missed by all, He is a angel now watching over those whom he loved. his wife, his children ,his parents ,his siblings and his friends. I only was able to see  Peter a few times while he was growing up. He was a happy, loving ,smiling lil boy. Pat and Tina kept mom and dad well supplied with pictures and when they went and visited brought pics back.  I  was able to watch him and his brothers grow into awesome family loving   young men. It was awesome  to see all the family pictures and the love shown by Peter  to his family and  love  for Peter by his family in this tribute to Him. I feel Peter is watching over  his family from heaven. Rest In Peace in the Arms of our Lord.You are loved and missed by all.

Today was the hardest day I have endured as an adult. You were not only family, but as many of us, you were my brother. When I think of you, I think back on all the great times we had as children and as young adults. Besides your witty humor, your patience and willingness to help those around you are two traits that really defined you as person to me. I wish we had more time. More time with you to make more memories and just for all of us to continue to grow older together.

All these memories rushing thru my head this morning. I miss you. I’ll never forget when you first caught me kissing , hahaha. I remember how mad I was at you for telling on me, never knowing you were hurt seeing me grow up until your mom told me you couldn’t sleep and you were crying. I’ll never forget when I had social media and you would tell my mom. I was so upset with you because I just wanted to be “cool” little did I know you were protecting me. I’ll never forget how you would take us kids to 7-11 to get snacks and slurpees. What about the time I was getting dressed for a party and couldn’t decide how to do my hair or what dress to wear, and you helped me. I always knew you had this soft compassionate side about you. You were the definition of caring. Growing up was pretty lonely, but you never left me out. If you ever went to do things you invited me. You me Veni and Alicia always had outings and did such fun things. I’ll cherish every memory always. I know you are with God watching us and protecting us. It just doesn’t seem real. They say all things happen for a reason but I’ll never full understand why you had to leave us. You will never be forgotten. So many have left such meaningful comments, with all having almost the same thing in mind, you were a man who loved his family, cared for others. We will miss you, I know you will visit us often and guide us. I love you big bro ❤️

Dear my sweet sweet nephew Peter it's been so sad so soon to see you depart from us especially your kids and your wife who really needs you here. Peter it's so hard to think about how you no longer with us and the thought of you not here so we can here your voice, your smile, and your thoughts. Peter God answered your prayer by removing you from this cruelty world we are living in it and take you to a better place a place with no sorrow, no pain and suffering, and no sickness.God give you a place so you can live in peace and joy cause you have been suffer since you were young but you have been fighting for your life but nothing stop you from living your life to the fullest and also have 3 beautiful kids that God gave them to you to take care of you never let them down but you take good care of them with everything you have.     I love you with all my being.  With your first breath you captured my heart and soul.  Your welfare was always on my mind.  I deeply feel that if mom and I were with you each time you were in medical duress that we could keep you safe and healthy.        
 
    Peter I would easily trade places with you so you could have a long rich life that you deserve.  I live on with the memories you blessed me with; your first crawl, first walk, first car, first job, first world ending injury that was cured with a miracle hug, your first father son chat, so many more firsts that can easily fill volumes of books…  I find it surreal that I will not receive a phone call, share a laugh, console, hug, and most of all be able to protect you from harm.   

     The many memorial comments illuminate your boundless passion for life along with what you embraced most “family".  The pictures embedded in this Memorial show all a spirited young man, loving husband and father, brother, and most of all a “unbelievable son”.  
 
   I know you do not prefer to be alone so I know the Lord had my brother Doug greet you and give you one of his bear hugs.   You two have the same kindred humorous spirit.  I am quite sure you are enjoying his company.

   You are loving and caring son, brother and father. There are so many wonderful memories we have together. For a time there it felt like I had three more brothers, you, Matthew and Brian. It’s hard to describe the pain I feel right now with you being gone. I never imagine the day where I would lose a brother. You, me, and Matthew where always the three musketeers protecting and watching out for one another. Being the older brother, I always wanted to do whatever I can to ensure you and Matthew where safe and well off. 

Seeing you grow up to the person you were brought joy to my life. You lived your life to the fullest, taking on challenges, trying new things, and pushing your body to the limits. You did not let your health problems dictate your life. 

There are many times you could complain about your situation and how life was unfair. I don’t recall one time that you said why me. You took life by the reins and faced it with a smile on your face. 

Life is short and unfair sometimes but I am great-full for the times we had. I will always cherish the memories you, me, and Matthew had growing up. The three musketeers will be whole again one day! As we always say after every conversation, I Love your bro!

Hey Pete!! I wasn’t fortunate enough to grow up with you or any of our first cousins. I wonder what my life would be like if I did. I guess it will be awesome like all the childhood pictures you have with my older brothers and the rest of the cousins. But even though I grew up in Tonga, our home had pictures of you along with the rest of the cousins and we all knew you through the memories my mom would relay to us while living here in the U.S. Finally, I met you in person together with your beautiful family back in 2016 at our grandma's place. I remember our conversation about technology things since that’s what you do for work and that’s what I was studying in school. I have been with your parents for the last couple of days when you were at the hospital and I get to hear more about you from your mum. Seeing you leave this world and leaving your wonderful family behind is a painful experience for me. But even that, I know you 're in a happier place, that you're not hurting anymore or experiencing pain. You have beautiful children, and I know they miss and will continue to miss you. I have no doubt you'll keep watching over them. Ofa lahi atu Pita...until we meet again.

I will always remember all the great memories we had growing up. As adults, we each chose different paths in life. Some of us had children, got married, started “grown-up” jobs or moved away. No matter the distance or length of time, when we all got together, it felt as though time stood still and we all picked back up we’re we left off. Though we were cousins, you, Brian and Matthew were brothers to us all. I remember all the summers we spent together having the greatest of times. I looked forward to visiting you guys every chance we got. As the years went by, I watched as we all assumed the roles of adulthood. You became a husband, father and devoted family man. I was proud of all the great accomplishments you had made through the years. I wish I had been around more. You were so witty and funny. Peter is one of my big brothers that I was blessed with growing up. I'll always remember all the sleep overs either at our small apartment, grandma and grandpa's house or at their house. I will always remember our wrestle matches where he would occasionally let me win cause I was the baby of the boys and couldn't beat anyone. Peter was a loving and caring brother as a kid and I will cherish that forever! 'Ofa lahi 'atu toko!!!

My son Peter Anthony it's so hard for me to write this knowing I will never hear your voice and laughter . The day you left us my heart hurts so much I never felt this pain in my life before You supposed to buried us instead of us buried you. You always call dad to joke and asked questions but when you call me it's when you are not feeling well. I asked God why he took you because you have so much to live and your kids and cecelia need you. I would give my life so you can be here for Alicia, Penelope and Nash. I wish I can change the clock back so I can hold you in my arms again . When you were born you were the cutest little baldy baby . I used to call you my little baldy . When the doctor told me I couldn't take you home because you have a heart condition I cried to God to asked him why my son I felt like I did something wrong and God punish my son for it But than I realized God gave you to me because you were special. You are my miracle baby. They told me you wouldn't make it to your early teens but you prove them wrong. You lived to 34 years old I only wish is alot longer but God chose you because he have a plan. Since you were little I knew that someday when you got old you will be the greatest dad because I saw the way you treated your cousins and nephew and nieces .You are the best daddy for everyone you came close too. Thank you for being an amazing son that any parents could have . I couldn't asked for a better son than you Peter . The sad things I will never see you on Christmas and Thanksgiving or come with your family to the house again but I know you are in peace now. You dont have to fight anymore.  Thank you for giving me a 3 beautiful grandkids everytime I look at them they reminded me of you. Peter was born in Dec 1985 while my son Leveni was born just two months later, in Feb 1986. I remember how he was born with a heart problem and therefore must be fed through tubes. I will never forget the many sacrifices I saw his mom made to take great care of him, having to hold his food while he was fed through the tubes. Some days his lips would be dark and he would be very ill. However, even with the situation he was in, Peter was a beautiful and happy baby who grew up together with Leveni. When Veni was 4 months, we left back to Tonga, and unfortunately that was the last time we saw him. Fly high, Peter, we love you very much. You’ve lived many years and have a beautiful wife and children. You’ve lived life and make the most of it regardless of the health conditions you’ve been diagnosed with. Until we meet again, Ofa lahi atu from Siaki and Seionala Ramsay.

             I just been having a hard time dealing with you being gone. I lost one of my big brothers. As I prayed to you so many times to let you know how much you meant to me and know i love you. I know your in a better place now. No more suffering, no more pain. I have this image in my head of you looking down on us so happy and peaceful. I know you are watching over all the family. You will be missed forever in this lifetime, but we will be together again. Rest now my brother. I love you.

It was our great pleasures to first meet with Peter and your girls at our Christmas party after you joined our Pharmacy team.   Such a nice family!  

Thank you for sharing your family stories so we get to know more about Peter.  He is such a loving father and husband.  He has a kind heart and strong will, just like you, Cecilia.  Through your determination and loving support, Peter has fought a tough battle.  We were happy when you shared hopes, but deeply saddened for your loss.   

Peter is no longer present but we know he loves you and the kids and will continue to look after his family.   We pray for Peter to rest in peace and for you to stay strong for your family.   Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.

Pretty sure there’s a video somewhere of me asleep on Aunt Tina’s couch, mouth wide open, and Peter sticking a hot dog in it over and over giggling uncontrollably. Haha. You got me good, Pete. You had the best sense of humor, I won’t forget it, and I’ll miss it. 

We probably played together every day in Camp Lejeune and 29 Palms. I don’t feel like I lost a cousin, I feel like I lost a brother. We didn’t do a great job of keeping in touch as adults, something I will always regret, but we reconnected this year around the Super Bowl. After the game you told me it was one of the best days of your life, and you’d see me in KC. That was the last thing you said to me.  I’m sad we never got the chance to go to a game together in Arrowhead, but I’m grateful we got to share that Chiefs Super Bowl win. 

I’ll never forget you. When I reflect on childhood, I’ll think of you. When I watch the Chiefs, I’ll think of you. And even when I see a pack of hot dogs, I’ll probably think of you.

I will never forget when I first meant you, it was also my first time to California. You treated me like your brother. I had many firsts with you. You took me to my first In and Out, all kinds of food trucks and to Disneyland. I remember all the times we played games and basketball and just hanging out with one another. My sweetest sweetest Pita Lu, this is the most difficult thing that I have had to faced in my life. There’s no word to describe how this feeling of losing you! Dear Peter, 

I remember as a kid going to your house every summer and hanging out and just having a blast. We would play games, wrestle, watch movies and bunk beds. One summer I remember as kids we would go door to door asking people if we could mow their lawns for money. Sometimes we would get paid more then what we asked for and sometimes we would leave their lawns looking worse then it was. I remember your parents taking me with you to Illinois and I was so excited to go because I wanted to be with you and Matthew. Your mom made me promise not to shave my head so I lied. Matthew and I shared rooms and you got your own. I wish I knew then that I was lactose intolerant. We would play basketball out in the front and watch football every Sunday. Every now and then we would go to the back with your dad and Matthew to play football. It never got that competitive cause Matthew was physically more gifted then us. He made your dad look like Payton Manning without the mobile ability. One of my favorite memories was the times we would all sit at the kitchen table and play cards till two in the morning. We would just play cards and eat and poke fun at one another. When we came back to Cali it was more of the same. I remember we would hang out with Helen and Alicia a lot. Some of my favorite memories was when we would take them bowling. We would just bowl, eat, laugh and act silly. Alicia was always attached to your hip. She loved her dad and that’s the only thing that mattered to her. I remember when you asked me to be her god parent. I felt special cause you trusted me to be there for her if there ever was a time you couldn’t. I remember the last time we went to the beach together. We sat on the sand watching the kids play as the waves came crashing just below our feet. We talked about everything we love, our family and sports. I’ll always cherish the time we had together.  Until we meet again. Rest In Peace brother.

There was one time when we all went to the beach and I took my binder because I was studying for an exam, we started talking about teeth and I was excited someone actually wanted to have a conversation about teeth lol. My dear cousin Peter. Even though this feels unreal, I know that you are resting in Paradise, pain free and at peace. The past couple of days I have drawn on the memories of all of us growing up. At any given time, you and your brothers , your mom, and dad lived out somehwere near us so I always remeber when you guys would all visit or we would drive out to visit you all. I remember the summer and Christmas in North Carolina to Missouri. The memories with you, Matthew, and Brian are endless. You were literally a brother from another mother. I will remember you as a jokster, a sweet gentle soul, and most of all a great human being. I know we lost touch over the years but know that I have always thought about you. When I lot my angel I remebered how you reached out to me. This is so hard to write, but I know deep down that you are free and in peace. Until we all meet again, rest my dear cousin. I love you and miss you so much.💖

I’ve known Peter for a long time, even though we never really got to know each other. We had lots of small talks but nothing too deep. However, two favorite memories stand out and do come to mind. I can recall his smile and laughter as he and his father enjoyed my stress in expecting triplets. I remember his father, Patrick, poking fun and the way Peter laughed at my anxiety. We all just laughed. The next was at his Father’s place. Most of the guys were hanging in the garage or drive way doing guy stuff. Then Patrick and Peter pulled out the motorcycles and went somewhere for a drive. I looked at them and just thought to myself that I was witness to a beautiful moment between a father and son. I pondered on how often the father/son relationship can be strained. Yet both of these men stopped and took the time to just go do something together. I remember thinking and hoping my own sons would also one day find it enjoyable to spend their time with me in their adult years. When I spent time with Peter, one thing was obvious—his family meant everything to him. Rest In Peace.

I first remember hearing about you and smelling your work shirt that you left behind in my sisters car. I was so excited and happy for her, she was glowing up like never before. Even though I wished we had a close relationship, I knew you were the person that made my sister happy.  

I won't focus on regrets, but I'm going to focus on how I can keep your memory alive for your wife and children. I promise you that I will be by Ceci's side, helping her guide your children the way you would have wanted. I will be there for Alicia, Penny and Nash every step of the way. Your children will know how much you love them and how you continue to be with them.  

What I would give up to be able to have you here on earth with us.  I know in my heart that you are at peace and pain free and will continue to look after your family. 

Thank you for all the times we went out for family dinners, celebrated birthdays, holidays and even agreed to taking family pictures.  

Victoria truly loves you and even called you dad a few times. I also promise you that she and Gg will never forget their Tio Peter.

Remember the summer I spent with you guys in Missouri after I graduated high school, and we had taken turns riding bikes down the slope of the hill around the homes; because I didn’t know how and was too scared to use the brakes on the handles, I crashed into garbage cans and landed on someone’s yard?

Remember when it was your high school graduation, James and I played a game on who could scream out your name the loudest; remember how I screamed out your name so loud that it literally scared the crowd?

Remember when it was my twenty third birthday, after my break up, you, Leveni and Monu surprised me with Trader Joe’s cheese cake and fresh strawberries? It was something I had mentioned once and it was you who had remembered. It meant so much to me.

Remember when you first met Cecelia, you came home to tell Monu and me all about her? We called her sporty spice. You were so smitten and giddy over her. 

Remember when Monu, you and I went to the mall to came up with a strategy to woo her  before your first date? Then you took us along on one of your dates to Santa Monica, so we could meet her.

Remember when you and Leveni took Monu, the cousins and me to paintball? She and I made the mistake of wearing short sleeves. At one of the timed events, she and I hid and meandered while everyone took each other out, then we emerged at the end only to realize we were the only ones left against the last two remaining guys? I think they let us win that day. 

Thank you for all the “Remember when”.  Wish there was more time to create new ones with you. 

We will be here for your wife and children in the same way you were for all of us.

Hey Big Brother,

It’s been really hard for me to even grasp the concept that you’re gone because I don’t want it to be true. The thought of going through the rest of my life not getting to talk or hangout with you anymore breaks my heart into a million pieces. You mean so much to me that words could not even describe. You were so full of life and always lived life to the fullest. You inspired me in so many ways. You once said to me “I wish I was as strong and brave as you” but you not knowing that is how I was looking back at you. You are stronger and braver than I ever could be. You dealt with a lot of obstacles throughout your life that no one should ever have to go through but still managed to take the bull by the horns and live everyday like it was your last. I know you’re in heaven right now with no pain and no worries, but I wish I could have you back. You are an amazing brother that was always there for me when I needed you the most. I will always remember the laughs we enjoyed with each other. The one thing that I will always miss and remember you by is the way you always made me feel that there were no worries or cares in the world for that moment when we talked. You were always on my side whether I was right or wrong and you never judged me. I thank you and love you for that more than you’ll ever know. Dear Peter,

I will always have the memories we shared since I can remember as kids. Growing up we did everything together from playing video games to paintball to bowling to basketball and football and going to the beach and just being with family. I have so many great memories of us and I wish we could have made more. It pains me to know you’re gone and your children will not have you around to be there and grow up with their father. I find some comfort knowing a part of you is still here with your children. I think about life and how it could be so cruel and unfair. Since you were born you’ve been fighting for your life from major heart surgery to being diagnosed with cancer. I can’t help but question my faith. How can I worship someone or something that would let this happen to my brother? Whatever faith I have left is the hope I have to see you again. I miss you so much and I love you brother.

There isn’t one bad memory of my uncle. He was like my dad when my dad couldn’t be there for me. He was there for me through everything. He took me to places I would have never been to without him. He was there to make me laugh and smile when I would be at my lowest and that’s why I will always miss him. But I understand he is gone and in a better place. Rip Peter.

Though our interactions were limited, it has always been clear that you had a meaningful impact on your family, my family. There hasn't been many conversations I've had with Alicia, where she didn't start a sentence with "my dad said/taught me/showed me..." at some point, for example. 

We have a lot of similar interest, such as technology. Hopefully, I can share these interests with your children as they grow older as a way for them to feel connected to you. Though you will never be replaced, I hope that I will be able to provide my godson and nieces whatever emotional support they might need as they grows up, alongside the rest of their family. So rest easy knowing that your kids will be looked after and helped in whatever capacity possible.

I remember Peter as being a quiet little boy with a shy ready smile, from when Pat and Tina came to Iowa a few times when Pat  was in the marines to visit, Peter  loved his grandparents, parents   and siblings .He loved having rides on his grandpas john deere riding lawn mower and in the cart dad pulled behind it., I watched him grow up thru the pictures that Tina &Pat would put on face book and send. He fought so hard to live for his wife , kids  and family.. His battle is over now he is in the arms of our lord, no more pain, we will all meet in heaven. Dear Peter,

As I sit here today and think about your life and the memories you created, the love your kids continue to have for you is what shines the most.  A father's character is always measured by the happiness of his children and from what I see, your children truly love and miss you. We didn't speak much, but we both knew that there was a level of love and respect we had for each other through our children. Just like I love and care for your kids, it was clear through pictures and stories my daughter would tell me that you and her shared a similar relationship. Thank you for creating those memories with her. My daughter truly enjoyed those dance and pizza parties you would make for her and her cousins. You will be truly missed, but never forgotten. There will be many people to look out for your children including myself, but the best person will be their own guardian angel which I have no doubt will be you. Rest In Peace

I remember you said I would be able to name him and you didn't like any of the choices I picked. I remember our conversation when you kept saying how much you liked the name Nash. He's our only son, so you always called him my little buddy, my little man and he gravitated towards you always. I went thru the pictures in your phone and the majority of the most recent pictures you took were of him or the two of you together. It tears me apart to know that he will be missing out on getting to know his amazing father, getting all the manly advice from you, learning to throw a ball from you, learning to ride a motorcycle, to work on cars with you, watching football on Sundays (he already has the tomahawk chop down for the Chiefs games) just all those precious memories and lessons a father passes down to his boy. Babe please guide him from above. I will talk to him about you always. I will remind him of how you guys always watched the Chiefs Superbowl highlights and reruns over and over and your tradition of watching Just Dance videos on YouTube to get ready for bed and how he always slept right next to you. He has your wild spirit, your wild hair, your caring soul, he's also our only lefty, can it get any more identical to you? Thank you for him babe, he was the best surprise you gave me.

I remember how happy you were when I told it was another girl. You had her saved in your phone as Penny Luck, I am sure you saw her as your lucky Penny. She misses you crazy babe. I hang on to her because her personality is the most like yours and I will always remind her how much she is like you.

The one and only time I was blessed to have met Peter was during his family shoot. The love he had for his children and his wife was easily captured. Some of the men I work with, refuse to smile or it is awkward with certain poses but not Peter. He was ready to smile and ready to love on his family.. it was beautiful and inspiring to see. I am beyond honored to have captured these special memories for The Rewerts Family and to have met Peter. I pray that these frozen moments in time can bring comfort and reassurance that he will forever care for his family, even from heaven. I pray that God provides healing to them and those who knew him as well. Rest In Peace Peter, thank you for being an example of what a proud, loving father and husband should be.

Its kalea i know i was not the most close to y'all or the most memorable person in the family but when i met you , You was so kind to me when you didn't have to be you could of treated me like a complete stranger which i was . You made my day cause that day i was very mad at something but when i sall you and how you treated me it showed me that day that people in this world can make or break your day or life but you was the literal meaning of that "fraise " you brought life to something that you didn't have to you brought spark and that spark will forever leave a place in everybody's. Heart that's what i call a hero a meaning full hero not just some person with a good smile and is built like the most strongest of the strong you was the strong cause you showed light through dark places as a kid i always was so jealous of the unity that i sall that y'all all had together because growing up i wasn't used to that i mean yes i have a great family in memphis 
But i guess we weren't built like that honestly but i am still grateful for them because they are the reason who i am till this day !. But my wish and favor for you is to bring that spark and bright smile you have to everyone in heaven "anyone" because you never know but i know you can do anything you put your mind to so go and do your thing thank you peter fro bringing that big light to my trip 2 years ago when i was in California you was really the  great and passionate person that everyone says you were

Peter, when I heard you passed away my heart exploded. I didn't know what to do, my body was frozen, and my brain was in shock. I asked God that day why did he take you instead of me. I was angry at God for taking you so soon from us, but I knew he brought you to a better place and to watch us grow old until it is our time. We had great times, even though I've known and shared memories with you for 16 years of my life I will always cherish it and never forget it. I wish we had more, but I know they will continue once I get to Heaven...soon. I remember when I was a little girl, I would always hang out with you and Cecilia in your room at Grandma's house or when you took me and Alicia bowling. I wanted to thank you because I knew you cared and loved me. You accepted me for who I was as a person and I wish you didn't go so soon. I'm hurt and I'm broken to lose one of the best cousins I have, but I remind myself you're watching over me in heaven and we have plans together when I arrive. I don't want to say goodbye to you Peter, but I have to, until then, I will see you soon. You have a special place in my heart forever. You were a fighter and I look up to you for that. Peter. Where can I even begin to start... I guess I’ll start by saying thank you. Thank you for all the great memories and laughs. Having you in my life was like having another brother. I loved your sense of humor. You could always make someone laugh, it’s something I’ll truly miss about you. You were such a caring person. I remember you always taking us to do such fun stuff. To the beach, to the fair, even just to the stores. Those were some of my best memories. You were someone I looked up to greatly. I admired your strength and how you carried yourself. You had this caring heart that I’ll never forget. Gosh, I’m gonna miss you. I’ll miss your songs you would make up, your jokes, your sarcasm lol but most of all, I’ll  miss you. Peter, I miss you so much! It still feels unreal and even though your gone, part of me really doesnt believe it. I loved growing up and spending some summers at your house, we always had amazing summer fun! When you moved back to Cali, I loved the memories of me and Leveni and Amanda and you always going out together. One of my fun memories is when us 4 were in the car, and you and Leveni rolled all the windows in the car down and started blasting jitter bug!! We laughed so much!!  And another favorite  was our first time you and Leveni took me and Amanda paintballing! I love you and will never heal from this hurt, goodbye for now until we reunite again❤

Words cannot express how I feel. Simply put I feel like a broken man in a sense. I lost my best friend of 17 years.

Peter Rewerts and I met at the BX back in 04..05. Since then we have shared so many laughs...and tears. He was truely my brother from another mother. Even his parents treated me like a son. 

I could literally spend endless hours telling you about our shenanigans at the BX alone.lol

I'm so thankful for the laughs. Thankful for joining me on all those pranks at work.. for making me laugh til I cried after that breakup, for introducing me to the wonderful world of paintball. I'm thankful for putting up with my bs during the dark times. I always remember how he was the living breathing Shazam app.lol He could tell you who a song was by,what album,and what year it came out...like the worlds most useless superpower.lol

I'm grateful for breaking out singing stupid songs badly with me like "Wonderwall" when we were alone in the back of the BX pushing brooms...when no customers were around...lol

I'm gonna miss driving during the summer after paintball blaring Sublime. We sang so much Sublime.lol

I'm grateful for his family who welcomed me to spend Thanksgiving with them last year...also for giving me some awesome shoes. I'll never forget him introducing me to Hawaiian chicken...or my first veggie burger.

I could go on forever.

To Pete...my brother...Thank you so much for the laughs. Thank you for having my back all those years. Thank you for the songs, the jokes and everything in between. I'll always cherish the memories we shared. Just do me a favor, save me a spot by that bonfire on the beaches of Heaven alright?

Victoria will always love her Tio Peter. She always looked forward going over to "Ceci's house" to play with her cousins and eat Peter's pizza. 

My love, I am not sure words exisit to express what you mean to me. Your personality, your humility, your heart of gold, your passion, your intelligence, the way you cared for those you love, just a few of the many things that lead me to love you wholeheartedly. We were the dynamic duo, always stronger together, I feel extremely weak without you. Our love encountered and endured it's challenges but we always walked away stronger than ever. It feels like we were just starting to set some roots for our family and you were suddenly ripped from us. Our three beautiful children are being deprived of having the most amazing man at their side, to watch them grow up and to guide them thru life. I know you will always be around and I won't let them forget you. I also solemnly swear to teach them to eat, breath, and cheer for the Chiefs just like you. You are the integral memeber of my curly gang and I just can't thank you enough for them. They are tiny replicas of you, it's so beautiful. Baby I am not going to lie I wish I could have done more to take your pain away, to fix all your illnesses, and to give you more time here with us. I am so proud of you babe, you fought so hard I will never have the courage and bravery you showed me. I just want to say thank you for everything babe. You opened up my eyes, my mind and my heart to so many different things. You were able to take me out of my comfort and we explored so much together. You took care of the kids and I no matter how sick and tired you felt, you always did. Now babe rest, your body holds no more pain no more illness, eat everything you desire, ride your dream motorcycle into the sunset, learn to surf on the beaches of heaven, and cook for all the loved ones that are with you now. I will miss your voice, your touch, your smell, just everything about you, my being will never recover your loss. I loved you then I love you now and forever.
