Victor Dalla Young

Victor Dalla Young, 86 of Tustin, California, passed away February 24, 2021. He was born in New Brunsick, Canada on June 9, 1935 to Frank Dalla and Stella Biskis. He has three sisters, Lillian, Terry and Mary. In his younger years, he was a Boy Scout and achieved the highest level of scouting awards.

Victor graduated from Woodstock High School in 1953 and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from New Brunswick University in 1958. While in college, he also had several short stories published in the local media. He enjoyed playing soccer and baseball during his high school and college years.

Victor worked in Real Estate Law, for his own real estate brokerage company as a certified estate planner and as a Paralegal for the Law Offices of Herbert Rhodes in Orange County, California. He was married to Rita Kay Webb on September 16, 2006.

He had a passion for golf, bowling, billiards, photography and reading. He was involved in the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform. His favorite places to travel were Rome, Barcelona, Cairo, Fiji and Bali.

Victor is survived by his wife Rita Kay Webb, who has unfortunately been in a coma for several months, and his three sisters Mary Cornes, Lillian Nolan, and Sister Terry Dalla, who is a Catholic Nun.
