Carlos Castaneda Diaz, Jr. passed away peacefully on October 20, 2017. Charlie, as he was known to many, was a devoted son to Olga Diaz and the late Carlos Diaz, loving older brother to Cynthia Mendez and brother-in-law to Ralph Mendez, and irreplaceable uncle to Kelly and Lauren Mendez. A lifelong fan of the 49ers and Elvis Presley, Charlie's love of life and warm spirit will continue to live on through the family and friends whose lives he touched.
