Cristina Hackleman

Cristina had a beautiful gift for creativity and poured her love into every project she touched—whether it was a scrapbook filled with memories or a handmade craft made just for someone she loved. But more than anything, she loved her family. Time spent together, laughter shared, and moments made meant everything to her.

She is survived by her children Stephanie (Kevin) and Christopher. She was a devoted grandmother “Nana” to Landon, Ryleigh, Kenzie, and Hunter. Cristina is also survived by her stepmother Michelle, brothers Bubba A.K.A David Jr.(Annalisa), Michael (Emily), Donald (Maricela), Jesse, and Maximus, sisters Elizabeth and Emily, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Niece, Nephew and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her father David, mother Lillian, grandparents, and several cherished family members. Cristina will be remembered for her compassion, creativity, and the love she shared with family and friends throughout her life.

A memorial service will be held at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, located at 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050, United States. The service is scheduled for November 2, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
